Grilled Cheese and Alfalfa Sprout Sandwich


This healthy and highly nutritional meal that kids love to eat is easy and quick to make.

  • Sliced bread
  • Alfalfa or other sprouts
  • Sliced cheese
  • Variety of fresh vegetables on the side
