Ingredients:
- 3.5 oz / 100 g shelled almonds
- 1 cup / 200 ml frozen peas
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (optional)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 - 1 cup olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions:
- Place almonds, frozen peas, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor or a powerful blender (e.g., Vitamix) and mix till creamy.
- Pour the olive oil into the mixture and continue mixing until it has even consistency.
- Add salt and pepper according to taste.
- Place into a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
